Terms and conditions of newsletter sign up (to be read in conjunction with the Website Terms and Conditions).

  1. The newsletter form requires users to give Lornamead contact information (like their name, email and postal address), unique identifiers (like their mother’s maiden name), and demographic information (like their postcode, age or income level).
  2. Contact information from the newsletter forms is used to supply information about and promotional material from Lornamead to our users.
  3. Users may opt-in to receive future mailings; see the choice / opt-in section below.
  4. Unique identifiers (such as birthdays) may be collected from users to verify the user’s identity, for use as reference numbers in Lornamead’s record system, and for other purposes.

Terms and conditions for samples (when a sampling campaign is in place)

  1. By registering for a free sample entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
  2. The free sample offer is open to residents of the UK only.
  3. The offer is limited to a certain number of samples as specificed. When these have been claimed, the offer will end.
  4. Applicants must be 18 years or over.
  5. No purchase is necessary.
  6. The request for a free sample is free of charge. Only one request per person is permitted. Entries will only be accepted on the official registration from the Vosene website.
  7. Responsibility cannot be taken for requests lost, damaged or delayed whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
  8. Offer is available until a given date.
  9. Please allow 28 days for delivery. There are no substitute products or cash alternative.
  10. The promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
